Weekend and Mid-Week Tariff 2008 (pounds sterling)

( Not usually available for weekend and mid-week lettings during high season.If available, 70% of weekly rate applies)

1. Deposit All booking applications must be accompanied by a deposit £100 per week per unit . The deposit is accepted as part payment and the balance should be paid not less that 30 days before the starting date of the holiday. The deposit is normally non-refundable.

2. Refundable Deposit A refundable deposit (£50 for 3* , £100 for 5*) should be included in the balance due in respect of each cottage/house booked. The refundable deposit is in respect of damage to and/or loss of cottage/house/complex equipment or contents. Forfeiture of the deposit will occur if loss or damage is discovered by management on its inspection prior to your departure. The balance, if any, due on such loss or damage in excess of the refundable deposit must be paid prior to departure. Accommodation must be left as found- delph, pots, pans etc. and cooker must be clean and fit for use by the next clients. Failure to comply with this condition will result in forfeiture of deposit. Faults/damages already occurring must be reported in advance.

3. Cancellation Cancellation of a booking should be given in writing. If this notice is received 30 days or more before the starting date of the holiday only the booking deposit will be forfeited. If the notice is received less than 30 days before the starting date of the holiday the full rental charge will be forfeited unless the cottage is re-let.

All accommodation is operated as a smoke free environment.
